Hypothetically (for All You Whiners) if Humans Were Enslaved by Machines, How Would Christians Interpret This?

You don’t have to have feelings to be evil in christianity. Christians would just say that God gave the machines power over humans to punish us for our sins. Medieval Christians believed that toads and snakes were evil while these animals mostly wanted to be left alone. (Toads especially were thought to exude noxious vapors and snakes were thought to poison their surroundings.)

    Well that all depends.
If machines become self aware, and in a sense become life forms of their own, they might be capable of developing emotions.
Even if they don’t have feelings, believers would see them as evil. Many think technology and science IS evil now.
Strange I know, since so many enjoy the benefits of both.

how do you know machines won’t be able to feel and develop true AI,
with advances in AI, the odds of there bieng future life on earth based upon silicon as opposed to carbon are exponentially higher than the existance of an omnipotent yet invisible sky fairy.
as we develop more and more sophisticated AI, who is to say that we don’t create a series of electrical impulses that guides thought process of a silicon based life-form just like our own.

Obviously Jesus was a robot that’s how he “came back to life” it also explains how he moved the rock in front of his grave. Robot Jesus also explains all the miracles he performed (he was an omnibot).

what is the difference between a biological machine and a mechanical one. If both are sentient………..
why do emotions have to play a role, they are not tied to right/wrong reasoning.

Wouldn’t it be better to try and prove your point without using hypotheticals?

Um…..that won’t happen first of all. You’ve been watching too much of The Matrix series haven’t you? Christians wouldn’t know the difference then if something like that ever came true.
