I am currently a freshman in college and i plan on pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. My adviser has told me that I should start looking for an internship as soon as possible. I was wondering what i should expect when doing a first time internship? I would like answers from people that have done one. And also if companies offer pay to an intern??…… Being a college student means that that extra pay would be quite beneficial ;]. THANKS.
