Move every elementary particle in your body faster than the speed of light for some distance, say away from the earth. Then go back to your original position. So your whole body will make sub-microscopic oscillations, taking you back in time.
…In other words the above process must be impossible.
What would happen if these little oscillations were not quite synchronous so that different parts of your body went back to slightly different times? So such an impossible machine would have to have a compensator.
Of course you could accomplish the same thing by moving a large distance, faster than the speed of light. The above method is for traveling back in time at the same location.

Find a way to make your machine travel faster than the speed of light then according to the relativity formulas you can travel in time.

EINSTEIN PROVED THAT IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO TRAVEL THROUGH TIME IN ONE DIRECTION.
    FORWARD.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GO BACK IN TIME.
